If you set strong password and 2fA you will never have any issues with Primedice account.
But if you do that and then try all different bots/scripts and all kinds of fake hash hackers and pd hackers to win all the time then there is nothing on this world that could protect your account.
With every single account that got compromised it was 100% always users fault. Not a single primedice account got compromised server side.
You did, however, compromise my account by giving it to an impersonating AFTER recovering it for me. |

If you are talking about Bitplayer777 that account is locked and not given to anybody unless one of you can provide definite proof of ownership. That other guy provided a lot more proof than you but we are still not 100% clear on this. |

And I'm still paying 20k satoshi fee to your site but my last withdraws all had a fee below the 10k satoshi, so could you use the fee I actually paid for? That this happens every now and then I can live with, but it seems that it became the standard to squeeze out some extra profit on transactions.

Exactly, I've seen my withdrawals are delayed due to low fees. On looking further, it seems they are not really using all of the 0.0002 as the Transaction fees. They should let us users know how they are spending the rest of the money. It's a matter of trust. |

Indeed, a few months back it was because the dev needed to work on the hot wallet and it seemed to be fixed, but after the last week since we had the days of so many unconfirmed transactions in queue on the blockchain they've seem to lowered the fee permanently, I asked other people as well and everyone is surprised it got lowered so much but were still paying the site in full. One of them emailed support about it and the answer he got was that at the moment the transaction don't go any faster with a fee of 10k or 20k, well this might be true but then stop charging the 20k. |

I think they are aiming for simplicity and thus removed some of the features. I also would prefer some more options but it's up to them in the end. You could try SeuntjieBot instead. It has plenty of options. Link to SeuntjieBot: https://bot.seuntjie.com |
