Actually mods are good in that regard. Every time a beggar appears in the chat he's muted almost immediately. So IMO the chat is not littered by beggars much.

There is another type of beggars who use PM for their aims and they are even more annoying, but they are muted when reported too.

Doubt it will be a priority. There's loads of minor bugs on the site - some of which have existed for quite a while. It'll take a lot of time for sure. Their priority doesn't seem to fix issues quickly.

The ignore list still works like it did on PD3, it is stored in people's local cache. I think PD does all little things they can do to save space in their database. The friends list however is stored on pd's servers.

Primedice has a huge community and the site/owner/developers deserve it because the site really is simple yet it has something like a magnet that pulls rollers/chatters back to it. So how about your concern with froggy? I hope that too has been sorted out.

Nobody cares about VIP status, it really says nothing. But yeah there are some regulars who are messing around sometimes including me. But Like Isil said, just ignore the ones you don't like.

I think pd management cares about then since they are the one who's actively at them and im sure that pd dont want to lose their vip since it can be bad to their buisness if they flee and play to the other site, and for OP IF he cannot take the words posted at the chat well better for him to ignore those people who's nonsese to him, but the best thig he can di for now is just to be silent so the pd will still be harmonious to play on.

I have multiple VIP accounts, I can tell you I'm not treated differently then any other user or when I was not a VIP. Where do you people get this idea from? And once I got muted for the chat, why wouldn't I play on the site? I judge a site by roll speed, support and instant withdraws, I guess most people do so.

The chat is just a trollbox sometimes and other times a nice place to chat.

Finally a sensible post, people just assumes things. Then others without finding out will back them up and fight to defend them. For all those who were concerned about Vip members getting priority I hope your questions has been answered for good. I dont use the ignore feature either because it would take all day to ignore pretty much most of the kids that gamble on there. What they really need is a full time moderator or two like on Poloniex who spends all day banning and mutting people.

I think it is Moderated however not very efficient. On top of that, some old timers talks a bit insensitive on a few instances. But that is because they have been used to doing that and they can be very helpful/informative too.

Support probably didn't ignored you, there are time zone differences between people on the internet you know?

And usually when there's no TX id it means your withdraw is under review and needs to be pushed by one of the admins (Edward, Stunna, Franklin) Just be patient, or ask a mod to directly send a message to one of the admins trough telegram.

Yeah their support isnt top notch. You need to give it at least 24-48 hours before you get a proper reply. There is no point in sending emails over and over again because that will only make them more made and they will move your ticket even further away.

I did answer you, your withdrawal has been credited. That was just some blockchain lag if you tried any other block explorer you would be able to see it.
