You should look into getting "BitGo Instant" wallet, while im sure recommending a wallet to you won't do much, I believe they accept zero confirmation transactions and found a way to counter double spending.

Do you mean PD should use them as their hotwallet? Doubt they would ever use a 3rd party for that, I wouldn't. Sure they might be quite secure but still, I'd rather not use a service, especially considering they'd have to trust the service will be available at all times.

Earlier the site froze like you can't roll/bet but the chat is working during that time. It only lasted for a couple mins maybe server timed out. While I was on pd chat I heard some rumors about hh from other users idk if thats true or not.

Primedice is a good site to me. The chat room is really fun with users who are interesting and sometimes acts like babies when they quarrel. But overall rating is pass mark. Kudos to the owner, the Admins, mods and every other members.

Try accessing using a vpn maybe, if it doesn't worth with vpn too then there might be some problem with your browser's app/extension. disable any adblocker you have on and try again. sometimes adblockers blocks an element and the sites don't load.

why don't you try ANY Ip changer software or proxy and see what happens?
it is easy to determine whever it is your IP that is causing this problem
try a free VPN service (google and find whichever suits you) and give it a shot
