They gave you the withdrawal after you just lost a good bit on primedice? Well that's nice of them. No he just ran with the rest of the coins he deposited and the profits and with the initial hick ups he won 2.41 bitcoin if you did not notice.Either way good played and good luck moka555. When he posted that message he was just after losing a good bit of btc

But in general sometimes the only way to get your ticket answered is to open up another ticket or complain in this thread until the mods notice and finally get it resolved. They really need to hire extra staff. Just don't understand. One of the richest BTC on the web and they can't hire a few low level tech support guys to handle these issues.

Complaining here is the best way to get things fixed or just talk to Micro when he is in the chat. I understand that they are busy with a new member of the support team. I don't know with how many people they are now but I am afraid it's just Micro. So if they gonna double the team is already should go better.

Why they should hire any support if they can manage it just with slow respond. With extra staff they need to pay some cost to them too and it is not that easy hire some staff with high loyalty to their site. So if they still can handle things here, i dont think that they really need one though. Unless there is something that they can't even handle it may be that is the time to get a new member

I have always been a huge fan of PrimeDice and although I've never had any issues with support there I heard some people had, so it's really nice if the support will be active and responding 24/7. Good job, PD!

What are the qualifications to join your support team MICRO? Are my support tickets and messages ever going to get a response?
I tried contacting support recently and was answered w/in 24 hrs. Guess your issue is much complicated than mine. I think right now, only Mladen/Micro is handling support tickets.

You might not get a faster reply but i am sure you will be getting faster action from them because i did have an issue with withdrawal and within a couple of minutes they settled the issue and more over they have added a new member to the support team which will make a difference.Micro and Edward will be keeping their eye on us most of the time so no worries

Because "with great powers come great responsibility" They're the most famous dice site concerning btc They're one of the most popular site in the forum... And they certainly are one of the most successful companies here. Well people can be cool with having to wait or a middle quality service when it comes from a brand new site, small with only the creator behind. But as the company grows your expectations grow too. They should have 24/7 support if they want to be sure to stay n°1 in dice site that's all.

And MICRO ignore the criticizers because all they know is to how take everything negatively.

ProGame was playing a lot 0.00499999 on 9900x but too bad he didn't hit. I used to have many bits running on 9900x bets or so. Basically I would bet about 20000 times or so and if no winner came up I would start betting a few Sats, if after another 10000 bets I didn't hit a winner, I would increase my base price. All was well for a few months until, I think I hit 80000 Hits or so and they were all losers and almost ended up losing all of my BTC in most of my accounts. So yeah the 9900x isn't always gauranteed to work.
