AFAIK, that's not allowed. Once you get caught doing that, all of your account (main + alt accounts) will be get permanen banned. Recently i'm still saw when HH began there are still some account which tipped and got tipped by themselves (even though the name of account aren't similiar), i suspect those accounts are abusing HH.
