Maybe you could set options for how slow & fast you want the rolls to be This was my first thought, too. I had a funny idea: allow the player to set the roll delay to anything they like. Then they can set it to "24 hours" for a self-enforced break from the site. It would effectively tie up their account, preventing them from losing their funds. "Sorry, you still have a roll in progress - 23 hours until it completes". For those people who just can't help themselves, but are capable of moments of strength... That's actually a pretty great idea, however I feel like anyone who would consider using this would probably just put in a new address and play again. If anyone wants me to force a break from the site I could do so manually in that sort of situation.

I was thinking of the case of the guy who deposited less than 1 BTC into coinroll a few days ago and played it up to over 40 BTC by being extremely lucky. The site's hot wallet didn't have enough coins to let him withdraw his winnings instantly, and he was tempted to play more than he wanted to while waiting to be able to withdraw. If he could lock his account for an hour or two voluntarily, he wouldn't be able to just make a new account and lose his winnings - since his winnings are tied up in the locked account. Of course, if he had another 40 BTC sitting around somewhere, there's nothing we can do to help him not lose those.

Hello Stunna! Just checked my recent transactions and found that a small, 0.05 BTC deposit (Status: 1601 confirmations, Date: 2013.06.01. 11:22) did not make it to my PD account (zhuravno) nor back to my wallet, the TX id was: 2ba5f1fa966cd0a88395dce60103bf1e1945954bb5881d17497a853bac053399, the sender address was 1AH5hixVQCxjDiDTDJ2RcZMCXCv7YtNYLh. Is it possible for you to send it back to the above or to 1HEcUXnyGNpvnnXUubjrNEYhmJY5Aunwuy ? Best, Zhuravno PS: My girlfriend got addicted to your site, but I am glad she is winning.

Ah, couldn't resist gambling anymore, +0.05, yay! Rolls seems to sometimes be taking a while for me again though, sometimes ~5 seconds.

Yeah, we're still working on a permanent fix to keep roll speeds consistent, it is a bit more complicated than we anticipated. On my end they are only taking a second at the moment.

We're toying around with a few features that will improve leaderboard and make you stand out from normal bettors when using the site. Still haven't 100% decided what people will be able to exchange their prime points on. Will update you all when we've figured that out.

The run bad streaks are just too horrid on here. I really don't know why. Literally when you're actually betting you'll get streaks of 4 or more losses of over 50.5 every couple times. Win streaks VERY rarely 3 or more in a row. Over 1000+ bets of 50.5 or more my win/loss rate is .75...I just cannot take this data to be correct or fair.
From a purely mathematical point of view, over time your stats should balance out towards the expected result. Message me your user ID on primedice if you see this, I'm curious to see your overall results. I do feel you are being a bit superstitious but it was our pleasure to have you and you have my best regards.

Ok. I don't have new supply of BTC so I can't play, but leaderboard is still not updated and I just checked I have more prime points than the last guy. heheheh.
Here's my suggestion, allow people to turn points into BTC that they can use, but can't directly cash out (meaning, they have to play first.) Those who want to remain on the leaderboard, don't convert their points.
hehehehe..

Sad to see PrimeDice losing its original appeal Stunna you gotta change some stuff, I think the concept is cool and all, but the website is a little bit 'messy'. Like don't get me wrong I'd bet on PrimeDice over any other website still, but you should tidy everything up. Make it more slick. Maybe change the betting page to something less colorful etc. and give it a nice organised layout with more features and cleaner code. When you do this also add stuff like one deposit address per account, that should stop all your issues with deposits (Even though you always fix them up really quick so it barely matters, but still it comes off better).

I like the site, people have won yes but I have to take my business to coinroll.it. Both are "provably fair" but bad streaks happen there but nowhere near the rate they occur on here. The last 3 deposits I've made of 2+ btc not once have I ever be in the + with the accounts and all 3 times I went broke with it. My win/loss rate on coinroll.it over 1000+ rolls is .98 for the 49.5% occurance result which is definitely around what it should be with that sample size. I am down about a coin there but still the run bads are nowhere near as bad as here. Stunna you are a nice person and I wish you best of luck with the site regardless but I am done playing here.
You sound like a horrible better, maybe you should play the 85% and then you could win 50% of the time. Good luck.

So how does "PrimeDice" make itself able to use "Provably Fair" this isn't sour grapes btw. I've lost 10BTC+ as this thread knows See my recent post above. If you want to win any rolls, do not roll on the 50.5%, you could roll that all day and not get a winner. Try 90% and you should win over 40% of the time even with bad luck. Keep at it.

Stunna, I just wanted to say thanks for primedice. A few weeks ago I made .6 into 12 btc mostly through you, and I couldn't reply because I wasn't out of the newbie box thing. So I finally get to say thanks
