I am posting this message for the second time in this thread. I am getting an unconfirmed email account popup in my PD account which is "KLU". Can you guys please confirm it why is it showing so.
You need to contact live support to have this issue resolved. They are able to verify your identity as the account holder and assist with any queries you may have. So you need to confirm identity now in order to withdraw from the site due to hacking of accounts or something? This is the reason I received when I asked the exact same thing to another gambling site but they are a sportbook and not a dice site. Interesting revelation now regarding if you actually win something on a bitcoin casino site nowadays when bitcoin's price is so high. one thing is to contact live support on a site you have logged in to already, like Primedice, and you are sure it is legit another thing is to reicieve emails to "confirm your identity" or "protect your account" or any other bs scammers are trying to scare you with messages like that are no more than a phishing attempt in order to make you enter your credentials on a fake website and thus stealing your account I am getting a dozen a day, starting from fake blockchain.info wallets, casinos, payment systems and many others

Helps you figure out which website is leaking out your email if the person spamming you doesn't strip them from all the emails.

I am getting similiar issues.
This is most likely from the Bitmain hack that happened a few months ago. I use different passwords for each site but when someone tries to access all your bitcoin gambling accounts OR exchanges and keeps using the wrong password constantely the accounts get frozen.
This is an issue with some exchanges like Kraken, Poloniex, Bittrex which have virtually no support staff to unfreeze the account. So your funds are safe but you don't have access to them until they hire more staff. Basically you are forced to HODL

A very basic phishing attempt popped up recently and is using google ads to target users: Please take a quick moment to report 'primadice.com' https://safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/ Have reported them to adwords as well. If the site is still up tomorrow Primedice is considering offering 10 BTC+ reward for information that leads to the arrest of this scammer. We don't tolerate people trying to use use our brand to steal from our users. Jawko Drann from poland, is he the owner? https://ibb.co/kfyOeb

Yep, can't stress more that people use unique passwords + 2FA. Bitcoin is too expensive to play around.

The reason why you are getting spam is because somebody is selling bitcointalk email addresses. If you search this forum a few people were contacted. Basically the entire bitcointalk userbase with emails for like 1BTC. However we don't know how old this database is. The most common email you will get is from Coinbase, saying you need to login to "check" something. Its a phishing scam and will try and steal your BTC.

Do you guys make it mandatory to roll the 2FA code when a withdraw is attempted? Basically some phishing sites also ask for the 2FA, and it tries to login live at the same time, so basically within the 20 seconds that the 2FA code changes. Some sites like Poloniex is one of them, they require waiting for the next 2FA code to perform any additional actions like withdraws. Basically each 2FA code can only be used once.

I'm somewhat confused here. I recently had a mobile crash when I was charging it (it went above 95% and bursted). Thank God, nobody in the home was harmed. If we enable a 2fa on a device and the only way to login and withdraw our coins needs 2fa each time and such circumstances occur, what will an average Joe do to cope up with the situation he's stuck in? I mean that once the device that's having our 2fa codes goes dead (or crashes like mine), is there any way to recover that 2fa or the account?

If that happens then you need to send email to admin to help to recover back your account. I think that time admin may ask few verification to prove that your the original owner of that account and if you able to provide those details then they can release your funds. Admin can clarify these details for confirmation.

this site is good but we need indian or hindi chat room
Well they do have a Russian and Chinese chatroom in the subsection actually. I think with enough interest they can easily add an Indian chat room. However do India people really gamble that much? I assumed it was mostly the Chinese and English developed countries like England and USA. Take me and singpays as an example both of has gambled over 100 btc and i think moooonu is also indian so you can say around 30% of the website's active users are indian.

Reported and nice reward. Why are they allowing phishing ads? I thought they check every add before approving it. I think it's not human checked and that's why we have such cases. I just tried to google "primedice" and see the results. No primadice on the first and on the second page. Then I googled "primadice" and got this "Showing results for primedice". Then I clicked "Search instead for primadice" and even in this case - no primadice on the first page of results. But if you google "primadice gambling" and after getting "Showing results for primedice gambling" click on "Search instead for primadice gambling" you get primadice.com as the very first result. So, the site is still around and it looks like they are mirroring the PD chat somehow.

But, as an anticipation from bad experiences while using 2FA security, we can always make a backup of our 2FA Authentication and place it on safe places.

get a job If it was that easy for him he would not be looking here, people are looking at gambling as easy money,i would say the dumbest thought process you could ever have, for all these users winning the jackpot is the best way to become instant rich and so make sure you spend a few dollars to get to that jackpot.
