Basically the same thing happened in Stake where there are many users are complaining about lower bonus amount which seems to be incorrect if we look at how much have been wagered, how much the lost as well as what is the current vip rank.
Users cant do anything because even if they ask support, the answer is the same as what you got and even if there is a way to get in touch with the marketing team then they will say everything is correct.
I think Stake and Primedice should consider to reveal the exact formula on how they calculate the weekly and monthly bonus so it will be more transparent.

What VIP rank do you have and also how much is your betting activity, buddy?
Supposedly the monthly bonus you can get is more than $7 but if the VIP rating and betting activity are not too high then that amount is a reasonable amount.
I see that the amount of the monthly bonus really depends on the amount of betting activity because in the last month I only had a fairly low number of bets so the monthly bonus that I got was also relatively low.
But I admit it is very different from a few months ago where the weekly and monthly bonuses are very commensurate with what we spend.

You have missed the diamond in search of gold . I have also similar experience like you, I rolled the 99.99 and 0.00 number several times while playing on 100× to 990× multiplier. I never hit the 9900× multiplier on Primedice, but I got it several times on other crypto dice sites. I was trying to catch the 9900× multiplier on Primedice when the VIP challenges was available on their forum.
