5 in a row is a 1 in 312 million shot. With 1.5 billion bets on the site so far it's not inconceivable that it has already happened, although since only a small proportion of those bets were at 98% it probably didn't happen yet.

@Stunna: did you limit the amount of requests per account? The speed of the site is currently ok, but every 2nd request to the api server seems to result in a 0 size reply. or is this comming from cloudflare?

I made this analysis last year:

rolls analyzer 98% chance to win (2.74% per 2.6 m rolls)

Roll Count: 27341150
2 loss: 10731 min: 0
3 loss: 198 min: 774
4 loss: 4 min: 2629815
5 loss: 0 min: 1999999999

What that means, is I simulated 27 million rolls, and 4 losses in a row happened 4 times, but I did not see any 5 losses in a row, at 98%. The second number is the smallest (or minimum) gap between loss streaks.

I never got to actually do it for real though. (I only rolled 1.2 million times on dooglus' site; I would have lost the next 2 rolls too.)
