Chat mods work without pay, don't they? Rules are already in place for begging. ETA: No, that's not quite true. They work on a weird performance tip system, so burdening them with enforcing anti-begging rules constantly being broken might still be costly.
The "weird performance tip" system you speak only applies to MICRO my friend He seems to use up all of his tip luck and then all of the other mod's tip luck to boot! xD sometimes i look at the rolls and just know if i deposit im gonna lose
You're starting to be annoying to be completely fair, and you triple posted too. You need to learn that a) Bitcointalk spam rules apply to you and b) your best bet of actually being listened to is to actually put forward a properly formatted and worded argument. I still stand with the idea that faucet should be removed and replaced with a better system. What that system is, needs to be worked out still, however. Or.We fix the problems that the demographic the faucet brings in presently. We make it easier for people to block PMs. We make it easier for people to not feel harassed by people of that type in chat. Chat rules should be laid down and not be copy-pasted by mods lol. Have a /rules command or something similar. dont call me anoying |

Wherever there is free money involved greedy people will do their best to exploit it. you need moderators from all country Just to make sure that chat is prevent from spamming over 24 hours
If I was a moderator, I'm online from 12.00.00 pm until 9.00 am (bitcointalk time) will try help PD to get rid of them. Just my suggestion They can't be expected to have mods from all countries but just a few different timezones. Having too many mods can also be a bad thing, especially if they start abusing their power muting people they just don't like. |

You can implement something like... if someone have more than 10 mute from users, get 8 hours chat muted, with more than 20, 12 hours muted, and with more than 30 permanent muted... and maybe ban for people who abuse this, or some rules like only mutes from accounts with lvl 10 or more count. And you don't need more mods |

People can easily switch IP addresses, so there's no way of banning people.
