So whats the problem with the official pool? Should i switch to another pool or continue on this one? Getting shares, but no payouts.

Seems like the network all around is having hiccups.  Every 2-3 blocks is taking an insane amount of time to be found.

There were some issues with pool earlier today but all has been fixed for a couple hours now.

It's alot of work to switch for me... I have CPUs in ~60 machines mining ITNS as well as eight GPU rigs. Huge pain to swap coins.

But... ITNS difficulty adjustes really fast so I just stick to it =)

Don't be so eager for a new exchange. Stocks.exchange is not great but does the job. Eventually more exchanges will adopt intense coin but for now let them focus on development.
