As of yet, none of the existing blockchain systems have been able to solve the trivial trio problems. The limitations are not just inconvenience but a real hard limit on achieving a parallel with established capabilities of conventional services or databases. For example per second transaction capability of VISA or MasterCard is approximately 40 thousands while it is less than 100 for bitcoin or ethereum. I can think of two ICO's to invest in july 2018.
1. TV-TWO- Targeting tv industry and advertisement, real use case of blockchain and could be easily conveyed to investors and publishers. More and more publishers can understood it easily and can gain from it. They already have a partnership with 20th century fox and deadpool 2 will be the first movie on tv-two platform. Must check them out, ending on 24th july 2018.
2. VANIG - They're targeting e-commerce with tracking of deliveries in built in there platform. It will benefit both buyers and sellers as fees will be much lower than amazon, ebay or any other giant. There ICO will start on 23rd july 2018.
3. PRIV - Privcy is new anonymous coin targeting the transactions being hidden and improve the privacy of the individuals. They're not doing any ICO, airdropping about 11M out of 21M tokens to the community through 20 airdrops, 5 airdrops already done and 15 still remaining.    I managed to participate in several ICO, some I earned quite well, I can say with certainty, for a good project, it must have potential for the future, that it will be needed in five years. Many good  ICOs are out there so check the reviews on icodrops.com or icomarks.com. EOT (aka EON) has a top quality team with excellent track record, a  huge community following  and a nice product platform and roadmap so look into it.

for now it seems a lot of good ICO but you also have to be careful because there are some good ico but ultimately unsuccessful and it will be a scam so be more vigilant, I do not give you a good ico recommendation for you.
