1. Shivom is the platform for genome data marketplace. Last year there is another similiar project called gene-chain but shivom will offer us more completed features.
2. Xyo is the new consensus they called it proof of origin place it can be implemented in any case from health industry to tourism industry. They will launch their own blockchain.
3. DAOstack is the project for governance system, last year DAO have succeed but it has been hacked and make the project failed. I think DAOstack can replace DAO last year project which has been failed.

In my opinion, it is better to make your own research and trust your guts.
I was asking myself what to do when cryptocurrency goes down and found out that the most of the privacy coins are undervalued right now.

The best opportunity is to find a privacy-related project with a low total supply (less than 100M), that way the price will be increasing much faster.

I recently found one project called Ethereum Meta, it is related to anonymity and untraceable transaction. They have a very interesting project to build the Anonymous E-Market Place.

Nucypher is a good project, the one which is on my signature is a very good one too, i have invested a few bucks in there and the bonus that they are offering is more than attractive.

I really don't like to recommend ICOs, none of them seem legit nowadays. All of the start-up companies that include ICO are 99.99 per cent frauds, I'm telling you guys. I've been scammed over and over again by multiple "companies" which I would not like to mention. Even if they are legit they are buying their own coins and by the end of the day you will be scammed once again. If I have to give an answer I'd go with LCCX.
