i'm pretty excited about the arcblock ico, i don't personally believe that it is a scam. The Hype is immense and it should trade at least above the ico price once the tokens are distributed and listed!
But it's too late join anyway , whitelisting is closed and you would have to buy whitelisted accounts ( i don't really advise to buying whitelisted accounts as it's violation of the terms on most icos)

buying whitelisted accounts? I didn't know it's possible (not to mention - against the terms of icos which you already wrote). But how does it work? People really sell accounts with their own personal data? Are they really so... rash?

Undoubtedly ICO is a great investment with a great future, but there is one thing but it is impossible to reliably answer what's best, it all depends on the investment strategy.  It's all very subjective and personal.  It's hard to make predictions even for 1 month, for even more meaningless swing.  You can take into account a lot of futurological forecasts, but there is no guarantee that they will be more reliable than the forecasts of a beginner.  One can say for sure.  In my experience, it is much more convenient and reliable to invest through good companies.  For yourself, picked out Egretia .  For more than a year I trust my money and I remain satisfied
