Is cryptoave affiliated with the NSA ? lol What will you want to know next ? Birth date alone does not identify a person. (You also do not need to enter a real one if you just want to trade crypto.) The phone number is optional for people who want to provide it.

Wouldn't a secret/ random question be more appropriate ?

Is it true that this lovely coin has a difficulty of 18 yet?! The pool i use ( http://dgc.cryptopools.com/index.php?page=dashboard) is currently showing that. I think it's a bit high.. as it was about 8-11 the last days.

With the now available Asics for Scrypt coins, diff 18 is something you will speak of as the good old times in the near future.

Still have yet to see one. Really though, a hard fork to something like vertcoin's algo should be sufficient, although i dont know if it's feasible for dgc.

admittedly the jokes come along way, but any exchange that lists doge instantly losses alot of cred in many eye's.
Who said anything about listing doge? nobody I thought I first saw it there when I first looked, may have been mistaken. Yes please if you want this to be successful don't add 100's of crapcoins (or any). Whats missing is a decent exchange that has enough coins to make a decent trading platform, but isn't flooded with crapcoins for dumping.

It has a lot of practical uses, and it is being used. It's got more viability then a lot of other coins.

How about you take a closer look at this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=421921.0And no, this is not a reason to fork anything or change the coin to some other algo. It will help scrypt coins to secure their networks.

The driving argument here will simply be that scrypt mining is wasting way too much power using inefficient graphic processors that produce more heat than hashes. Again, if you live in Norway. Otherwise...

I still dont understand if thats for sale or not, (foreign language etc)

I still dont understand if thats for sale or not, (foreign language etc) Anyone can still start mining DGC with their own computers, even at halfway competitive levels. But if you want to move it from a hobby to actually earning money, I think you will need to start buying specialized hardware in the future. There will still be the fun of building rigs that look much like computers (but why run an operating system and have a harddrive if webbrowsers and a sd-card will do the same?). As far as mining is considered, it will mean that the coins you have mined earlier with gpus will likely increase in value because it will be much harder to mine new coins. One reason among many to hold your coins and not sell them under value. Other reasons are that even MtGox can't keep Bitcoins to stay as cheap as they are today, so each satoshi will go up in value again. Unless you want to bet against Bitcoin, in which case you should probably get out of crypto altogether. And even for DGC there will be a block reward halving someday.

It could pretty much be anything. Do you have any more details?

It could pretty much be anything. Do you have any more details? 90% of the time stuck sends are the 'large transaction / dust' issue. Common on many coins when mining on a P2pool that sends out frequent but small amounts. What were your incoming amount like? If they were all like 0.05 DGC incoming each time then even 5 DGC outgoing is considered a 'large transaction' because that 5DGC amount is made up of too many transactions. General rule for max send amount is like 60x the average incoming amount. ie if incoming trans are usually 1 DGC you should be able to send 60 DGC. Easiest way to get rid of stucks sends is to start your wallet form the command line with the -salvagewallet command. Just to be safe backup your wallet first. Never had a salvagewallet go bad but anything can happen in this day and age...

Damn! DGC is getting some serious beating! And no volume on CryptoAve so far... I expected PPL to recognize the CA sooner!
Also, Baritus is it possible to look at the trades and price movements without logging in? It is very unpleasent to login every time just to check prices.. Because the site is automatically logging me out after some time...
