Don't drink soft drinks and coctails, evade eating fast food and so on. Also you should have regular meals like 5-6 times a day and eat fruits and vegetables...

I'm eating boiled chicken, buckwheat, cottage cheese and drinking a lot of water every day. Also eathing fruits and vegetables with meat.

I would stick to eating less carbohydrates for some times, this will make your body get used to less energy and therefore you will not be tempted by snacks that are offered you whereever you are, it its at work or in the supermarket.

Cut off all the sugar and sweet stuff, only drink water and eat integral, fruits, vegetables or whole wheat things. And a lot of running or another sports activity obviously helps a lot for keeping a healthy life and diet.
