Pool calculation is broken!

I found 25% of all blocks for a period of 30 blocks (with 5Mhash/s) so guess I bring in 25% of all shares in that specific pool (can't see it, they hide other miners) and only got 15 coins confirmed after 120 confirmations of each block while it should be close to 200-400 coins. Pool keeps an amount of the coins.

Round estimate says 15.85748586 PXC but I got 15 in total after finding 8 blocks and 120 confirmations...

Something fishy is going on here!

POOL DONATION IS 95% ?

We are not hiding other miners would not make sense too. Pools worked fine when we tested them looking for the issue now. How many coins were deposited into your PXC wallet?

Account balance 15 coins, found 8 of 30 blocks so should be 25% of hashrate = 375 coins. I understand it could be a bit lower but not 25 times lower payout.
All found blocks are confirmed 120 times.

You're mining at the pool?

Yup, I was.

Then that means even though you found a block, you were sending in a share for that block. So you only get a portion of the value of the block as other miners are also sending in shares for that same block and they could be sending in more shares then you hence the low payout.

This is what's in my Phenixcoin.conf:

Quote
rpcuser=username
rpcpassword=password
rpcport=10500
server=1
rpcallowip=*

the 'rpcallowip' is because I have multiple rigs pointed towards my one server computer, which has the wallet on it. If you are running off one computer, you can ignore that setting. You can set rpcport to anything you wish, just make sure you point towards it with your mining program.

That's too broad for rpcallowip and can be quite dangerous. Limit it to 192.168.* or similar.

So mining 15 minutes at pool gave me 15 coins, solo mining 3 minutes gave me 100 coins  Grin

There's something wrong with the pool calculation for sure...

Yeah same for me and i thought starting with a pool would be an advantage lol

hhmmm... cant imagine its onpurpose ...since theres at least onesite to use it on .... so it would be of no use i guess to keep the coins to themself ....just my 0.000018 BTC on this ... dunno ill give it a try...

It would be of use for them, you can pay with LTC, FTC and PCX so It's easy for them to exchange on their own site.

Read the poker site. Each coin runs a totally separate system.

Let me know you miner name and Ill look into it.

At this difficulty, it's better to solo mine.
