Lesson to be learned, create all the good stuff before you release the coin.

It's not even worth the bandwidth to cover what a sham this was. If you didn't see this from the start, you are blind.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

Did you check out phenixst.com ? Free automatic escrow !

OK, I agree their timing could have been better but these guys are working very hard to build an actual business, it's not like they created the coin to make a few bucks out of it.

If you read up a bit I'm sure you'll agree.

Hypercube - get the attention you deserve

Look this is an obvious fly by night operation with one goal in mind. Dump a million coins, that's all.

You are free to think what you like, but to me this assumption makes no sense. 1. Why didnt they dump already? esp. when there were like 18 LTC/1k PXC? 2. Do you reayll think the go through all this just to dump theii coins? There would be easier ways tomake money in this alt coin scene ... You see that they give away them opoker and will give away them on the othersites to come? Admitted, maaybe timing could be a bit tighter. But I don't get ppl who complain about this coin you can already now do much more thnings thanwith any other coin except BTC? And with devscommitted the way they are, being nice and friendlyand encouraging ppl ... Its out for a week ... Sure I'd like to see some more movementas well, but better do things wiht a steady hand ...

Think what you want, but you have no clue. There was not enough demand to dump that kind a volume.
Code a half-assed gambling site over a weekend. Price tanks - spend another weekend coding an exchange. That's not hard. It's actually pretty smart and a few fell for it.
Though Magnets support still boggles me.

Correct me if I'm wrong:

- you don't have PhenixCoins
- you don't want to buy PhenixCoins
- you don't believe in PhenixCoins
- you think PhenixCoin is a fail / P&D coin

Why then bother to post here? Smiley

I like PhenixCoin because the creators make serious effort to do it right. They don't rush things, why would they? What good does it do to rush things when you believe in it?
I'm in PhenixCoin to hold for at least 36 months, buying up to 500k, just like the other altcoins I support.

If you like to criticize a pump & dump altcoin at the moment, I can think of 28 better candidates without any support or place to spend... Don't you think so too?

And I enjoy boggling people. It's not a side effect of what I do, it's my main goal in life.

The only reason I see limbaugh's posts are because other people quote him.  I ignored that guy a long time ago.  I've never seen him say a single positive or constructive thing.  He must be a sad and miserable person to constantly spew such anger.

Charlie Kelly: I'm pleading the 5th.  The Attorney: I would advise you do that.  Charlie Kelly: I'll take that advice under cooperation, alright? Now, let's say you and I go toe-to-toe on bird law and see who comes out the victor?  The Attorney: You know, I don't think I'm going to do anything close to that and I can clearly see you know nothing about the law.

PXC has had more going for it than all these other worthless alts in the last few days. The devs are doing a good job with escrow trading and development to get this pushed higher.

I have the uncanny ability to recognize assholes and shams. The sad thing is you view the truth as spewing anger, a stake in a currency does that to people around here.
The alt coin community is getting the reputation for ripping off newbies. Support and propaganda for obvious sham such as this is the primary reason.
Why you want to enrich a few two bit thugs that premined a million coins is beyond me. Heck you might make a few bucks before the massive cash out.

It's even a *necessity*. The casino *must* go online before the exchange, or the coin may never recover from the dump ...

Most pxc holders don't play poker anyway, We need more diversity.

They also spoke of a dedicated pool or something that should replace the actual pools. Not sure it is a priority though.

NOT the official PXC casino, but next week a casino will be launched, supporting PXC, with

- Flash slots game
- Flash multi-hand BJ game
- Dice Wars (a custom game involving three rounds of rolling dice against the house, bet if you think you can beat the house)

Coming within one month:
- Roulette
- Video poker game (Let it ride or Stud poker)

So... stay tuned, ANN will be made.

Hi Folks,

our pool at http://phenixmining.com got some new features:

- Chat added
- Link section added
- Help section thoroughly expanded
- Charity pool: Starting tomorrow at the end of each month this pool will donate the equivalent of 500 PXC in BTC to a BTC accepting charity. See more on the "Charity Pool" tab in menu.

- Follow us on twitter: https://twitter.com/Phenixmining
- Join us on facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/PhenixCoin/

- More things to come in the next days!

Support PXC and the pool and let's make this coin a real alternative to the other alt coins!

Looking forward to see a strong and growing mine-ority there! Wink
