Hey Joerii, or Magnet, or anyone else that knows, what's the current development priority list now that the coin specs are working so well?

Working on refining the exchange still, or has the dev team moved back to UNOCS yet?

Charlie Kelly: I'm pleading the 5th.  The Attorney: I would advise you do that.  Charlie Kelly: I'll take that advice under cooperation, alright? Now, let's say you and I go toe-to-toe on bird law and see who comes out the victor?  The Attorney: You know, I don't think I'm going to do anything close to that and I can clearly see you know nothing about the law.

Hey Nolo ! Mike is working on adding extra features to PhenixEx and John is working around the clock to add fiat to the tradeable currencies, which will make PhenixEx the first exchange where you can trade altcoins directly for USD ( and possibly EUR ).
Fiat will be possible to trade with UNOCS soon as well.
I can't give you more details then that yet Wink

This coin is cheap as hell right now. I started mining and selling it at 0.000015500 and now it's all the way down to 0.000005000 it's currently trading at 1/3 of what I felt was its norm and trading at one 20th of its highest price I've seen. Now I'm not exactly sure how the exchange will play a role in the coins price but from what I'm seeing the phenexex trading platform is gaining speed everyday and they are advertising to be the first place u can buy cryptos with fiat.  I don't know but I'm certainly happy buying at these prices. I mined this sucker for a whole week and cold only get 2000 coins and did well but at these prices I can get ten times the coin.  I sure hope your exchange takes off like cryptsy has. Good luck I look forward to the future. I think it looks bright.

Thanks Krichwins.

PhenixEx will support fiat soon and after that we'll focus on building value for PhenixCoin. We'll make it a coin with practical value, i'm not talking about pumping the price, but actually making it a desirable coin to buy, use and trade.

UNOCS is no more. It's been nearly 2 months and what you've done so far is your exchange which is still in beta. Even your site and forum are down since yesterday and no one seems to care really.

Unfortunately, the only thing you guys are good at is talking.

Mike has returned to the land of the living after a very rough week of illness. He's back on track and fixing all the issues that popped up while he was off the grid. Withdraws, deposits, and some server migration issues.

We're about to go live with fiat on PhenixEx.

Yeap, talk is cheap. But soon it won't be just talk. Thanks for your patience everyone.

So whats up with this?  its been 2 days (since the last update), and the site is still offline.  Its been down at least 5 days now.   Did you finally get the exchange out the door and now don't care about the coin anymore?

Hey Nulo0b,

Mike is working at the backend of the server, the new withdraw engine is almost finished, will be tested and then implemented.
"Almost" in coding days can take a few days, though. Remember it's still Beta and almost a week was lost due to illness of Mike.
We can't implement stuff and break anything, there's real coins at stake.

Most of my deposits / withdraws got through though, only my BTC are stuck for a few days now but they won't go anywhere.

Website and forum will be migrated but have no priority atm, will be back after the engine is done and bugs are squashed and sprayed.

Blockexplorer is up (http://explorer.phenixcoin.com) so you can still track your PXC transactions.
Latest Windows client can be found at Phenixcoin 6.4.11.zip untill the website is back.
Source is at Github: https://github.com/phenixcoin/Phenixcoin

I can't make any promises and/or predictions on the withdraws / deposits right now, I'm not the coder.

Forget it. If they cannot even set up nginx with a copy of their tiny web site somewhere for 5 days long, there is nothing to talk about. The whole Phenixcoin market capitalisation has tested 6K USD today, their network hash rate is about 5MH/s what means even these official guys have stopped mining it. Time to say good bye.

Could be but I'm not even sure it worked like that. I was watching the sells as it happened and this was a deliberate attempt at driving down the price (I ended up taking advantage of it though Smiley )
I assume you are now feeling very happy taking advantage of it Roll Eyes

I always wondered how an exchange would help the coin. Similar to what iGotSpots is doing. He is accepting a lot of alts, so how does his site help Spots.

Feeling happy that I sold all earlier. If this comes back up I may try again but do not think it has much future.

yes, phenixcoin devs the exchange is not helping phenixcoin at all.

you need to develop something for the coin itself. I am very disappointed by this coin indeed.

But why is that surprising?

If they were able to develop something worthwhile they would have made a bundle accepting bitcoin for it.

Instead they made yet another scamcoin and accepted bitcoin for that.

Pretty much the standard everyday scam we see all the time around here.

My patience is beginning to run out on waiting for my LTC to be withdrawn from the exchange.

Manually send me the coins if the problem is not going to be fixed soon.
