GRFT Is Now Tradable On TRADEOGRE

https://i.imgur.com/notpasY.png

Well, we can’t say we planned on it, but GRFT is now tredeable on TradeOgre exchange.
Our focus exchange-wise has been on getting a higher tier exchange that can be a solid part of the GRAFT eco-system for in-network exchanges; however, since GRAFT is a public, decentralized blockchain, if a new exchange that needs to gain some traction in the market decides to list it, there’s little that we can do to stop them. This is what happened with TradeOgre* – they have unilaterally decided to list GRFT, so we woke up to the fact that GRFT was tradeable.

While it came as a surprise, the fact that GRFT is now tradeable allows people who were in for a quick turnaround to get out quickly. We don’t see and never positioned GRAFT as a “turn a quick profit story” so we’re relieved to see the balance shift back to the folks who appreciate GRAFT for its long-term potential.

*TradeOgre is a new budding exchange with little real history, so if you decide to trade, please do so at your own risk.

block reward needs to be reduced to drive the price or just HODL and hope for the best.
with current profitability miners will get rid of graft at these prices as they need to pay bills etc.

With so many mined coins, even bigger price drop was possible at the beginning of trade. Miners need to sell some coins to cover their costs. From my experience, in such situations, price will rise up after the first few days of trade.
Every good news from GRAFT developers will help for sure... Wink

TRADEOGRE, small exchange from miner community, but I found it very fast, user friendly, and works perfect.

I tried to sell 20k in their Telegram chat and was banned during 1 minute. No exchange listing during several weeks after blockchain start. Payments in console wallet were working from very beginning. Actually, there were working mining pools, including one from developers.

Seems they are not interested in open market. +1 to scam possibility.

Did you just offer to sell some coins in their telegram channel and then they immediately banned you?

Yes. I was in channel for 2-3 weeks, reading and rarely commenting (last my comment was more than a week ago). Posted "WTS 20k if you know a good escrow" or something like that and was immediately banned.

I suppose there were others before you trying to scam someone from the channel and they took precautionary action. You are better off making your offer here.

The HIGH was $.90  WOW

The high wasn't really .90 cents. There was like 2 dollars worth traded at that price. Look at the volume candles, you can't even see one. If anything the high was around 1000 sats. The actual trade price started at around 500ish sats, has stayed/dropped a bit since then.

When you say "higher tier exchange", what exchanges do you have in mind? Something like Binance or is it something like Bittrex?

Because I believe listing GRFT in Binannce would provide it with more volume and liquidity than the traders in Bittrex can. The crazy gamblers are in Binance now. Hahaha.
