Every time Vod accuses OgNasty on the forum of harassing him on social media, OgNasty denies having done so. Either one of them is lying, or someone's having fun of impersonating OgNasty.

Nobody is harassing him or impersonating me. Vod is a shameful cowardly liar. A man without his word isn’t a man at all in my opinion.

I think EcuaMobi should be acknowledged for sticking up for OgNasty when it is clear to anyone paying attention that he does not like him.

I think Vod should take the loss, and remove the counter rating for OgN -- it is not appropriate. I am not aware of anyone paying back a $400k loan, or paying out $400k in real money (not counting tokens whose value can trivially be revoked) out of escrow without there being any kind of dispute. OgNasty paid out an amount 10x this without any dispute that all money has been returned (arrangements have been made to return the various forks with sufficient value that will be returned in the near future).

If Vod is aware of OgNasty scamming, embezzling money, or doing something else that would reasonably make him a scammer, he should leave OgNasty a negative rating, and open a scam accusation. If Vod can present credible evidence that is not refuted that OgNasty is a scammer, I would gladly take Vods side. Based on my observations of OgNasty, including how he conducts business, I don't think he is a scammer, and would be surprised to see unrefuted evidence that he is a scammer.

I do think the trust system needs to be changed/upgraded (again). The current implementation is causing a lot of friction among many long standing forum members, and is harming the community. Perhaps something along the lines of what LBC uses could be implemented -- that is there are no trust scores, only comments, and comments can be filtered by positive, negative, neutral, and can be further filtered by those in your trust network. As an "early warning system" to warn against scammers, the "trade with extreme caution" warning could be displayed under certain circumstances that varies depending on if the person has existing, prior positive ratings. It should also be limited as to when someone should be able to leave a negative rating.

A counter rating (to counter false 'risked BTC' figures by people who were not party to the transaction) should only have been left if Vod believed OgNasty to be a scammer (or if OgNasty were to lose control of his account), which doesn't seem to be the case here. A more appropriate measure would be distrusting people whose ratings Vod doesn't trust. That's how the Trust system is supposed to work, negative ratings for scammers, and a removal from one's own Trust list of people who have poor character judgement, or who leave inaccurate ratings.

1) OG misquotes Theymos to try and keep his negative trust on Lauda
2) OG misquotes Theymos to leave negative trust on me.  Blames it on another forum bug.  Yet misquoted trust still on my profile.
3) OG misquotes Theymos so bad he's forced to delete the post.

I guess I'll have to take some time and put all this with proper links in a scam accusation so I don't have to keep posting it for newbies who might trust him.   :/

I can't understand how someone like Vod who is massively lying when getting caught can be called one of DT's top members.

Interesting opinion.  I've seen many a DT member counter a rating they did not agree with.  In this case, I don't just disagree, I point it is wrong according to the forum rules.

Actually I agree with you I made a mistake. We just strongly disagree on how important we consider it. But you're right. I've updated my feedback and PM'd the other 2 DT users who made the same mistake.

I generally agree with the trust EcuaMobi leaves, so I would prefer not to distrust him.

I need to look over your trust ratings when I get more time as I think Anduck's rating of you is a bit heavy handed.  I haven't looked into you much, I think because of your ratings for minifrij/Lauda, I just assumed you were evil.  

It wasn't noticeable to be honest.  Maybe 5-10 seconds?  The length of time isn't what I found off-putting.  What I don't like is the giant banner right in your face.  I'd rather see a forum/Bitcoin logo or something.  I actually think if you got this site up and running on a .com that you could find actual advertisers to pay you for this space.  Pulling a number out of my ass, maybe 0.025-0.05 BTC per month...  I'd recommend removing the banner completely until the time comes to find a real advertiser.

It would appear to me that you pulled out a PM, deliberately spun this into Vod using merit questionably and that he was "demanding" merit from you and added into your smear thread... but when you see the context, his comment relates to a prior offer you made for merit... so is the way you portrayed this not a lie?

DT members, too, make mistakes and/or misuse the Trust system, which isn't difficult with how it's designed and still needs theymos to intervene or introduce changes from time to time.
