So why is this pool ( http://pirl.minerpool.net ) NOT paying out the block reward for a found block? |

You have to understand how a pool works, it's not like solo mining where you are paid only for each block you find. Also, from pirl.minerpool.net: The payout rounds run at least two times per Day. As long as you can see current payouts all is working and you get paid when you are the next in line! You can check here : http://pirl.minerpool.net/#/payments and see that the pool is paying. http://pirl.minerpool.net/#/blocks |

I'm mining from 09 December 2107 ..Pool - pirl.minerpool.net i found 375 block ...but i couldn't known  ..how is working blocks reward ? ... is it include pay out ? or not ? |

Please check the pool and how its works.  If you can't understand, just ask the pool owner (he is on the official Discord) If you think it is unfair, then feel free to join another pool. |

b) It is a known issue that will be fixed in the next wallet release, to backup your wallet, go to the AppData folder (same path as above) and copy your UTC file.
Ah thanks. I actually even looked there, but the wallet seems to ignore %APPDATA% here which points to D:\AppData\Roaming in my case. It seems to always use C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Pirl instead (the database, cache and so on dirs/files use the correct %APPDATA% path). Also the wallet keeps creating a wallet contract forever (or at least shows that it does), even after I restarted it. https://i.imgur.com/NxXcjXo.png |

Good news about the masternode. I do not have experience with the masternode, but I plan to try in the near future. This project won me over with 'no ico no premine'. Masternodes are a great addition to the ETH network.
Would like to run a masternode, but the required investment keeps me away. I certainly have the knowhow and experience in managing VPSs, dedicated servers and various linux distros.
Joined a pool to test things out, but I'll probably dedicate my rig to Pirl as I think this project will be one of the more interesting ones in 2018.
Also, I noticed that marketing is not one of the stronger suits of this project so I would advise doing more in that direction. Having PIRL listed on more exchanges should rank high on the priority list.
