There is already a problem and it will be worser and worser: more available hashing power may be purchased to 51% attack on small blockchains.

It is already existing as a problem (mind nicehash), but with sonm launching the situation will be worser.

I dont see a way how to fairly distribute hadhpower among small projects, because it is market, an exchange. And because anyone can purchase powers.

I could be wrong, but only linux is supported, afaik.
Alternatively, you can install VM with linux and then setup a masternode. I think that's should work.

For me 'pirl dot minerpool dot net' has been doing well. They have more than 50% of network hashrate at the moment this is favorable if you are a small miner (like me), you will get more regular payout. Unfortunately it is does not help network security of Pirl (>51% in one pool is not favorable).

but feel free to use my pool too, help spread out the hash, it has enough miners to keep the blocks rolling in, and is pplns with graphs.

This alone should be a red flag to you guys. Do you really want the risk associated to a coin prone to 51% attacks?

yes, that is one thing that pirl is doing to, PIRLPAY (not to be confused with some thing that just posted called pearlpay.)
we are in beta for it now, and it will integrate into shopping carts to start with, and have an api for use like paypal does.
