...
Also, switching the rules on masternodes probably caused the large decline in price. While I understand the move, people currently holding large amounts of Linda had expectations based on the rules at the time of their purchase. I like the broad ideas behind the project. I'll keep following its progress.
I agree.
It's an enormous error. I am not fully sure that it was decided together with nodemasters. It's absolutely clear that some people en route to get full nodes decided to remain on hold. Before the collapse of the collateral, the team should find a way to conserve big nodes. If they do not, there will be no more incentive go over the modified price of modified masternode (MMNs)

The issue of MN collateral collapse should be fixed together with the nodemasters: From 22, I do already know 4 who were surprised, because never involved.

It is also an error to give an external date, independently of the situation of the project. The calendar should only indicate when the program starts: The first precondition. This should be the first moment, not the deadline.
The team can still do that. For instance, decide which internal condition should be required.
I think that the other preconditions should be:
- Block number. ( prevents of massive attacks by a small number of people )
- Price of Linda ( Prevents massive attack from very rich people ). I would say 1 $ is the good guess.
- Staking seniority. This would also reward the people who are really trusting in Linda, the ones who did not sell. They have just to wait: They will have a MMN AND, nice to have, be millionaire.

This is a cumulative condition. It could happen before the end of 2018, more probably during 2019. The reward by PoS will facilitate the entry for the people who trust in Linda.

With ICX, OMG, KMD,ZRX and MOBI as my long term holds at this time..I feel very good about dumping Linda on the next pump. The pumps on this coin are very evident when you look at historical Data..the coin only increases value when it has unusually high spike in volume every 2 months or so..then those pumpers  dump and the value drops..I'm forced to hold this shit coin until the pumpers come back...🤢🤢.. waiting for WAN to secure long term

Historical data is not history. Read more and you will understand that your wrong conclusion is based on missing information.

Looks like this hog has been declining steadily as of late, bought some shares looking to buy more to averagoe down.  Any ideas of where the bottom might be for this?  Should I just keep chipping away and buying more as this thing dips?  Just looking for some friendly advice, I am aware that this is high risk, but has the potential to have big returns as well

Thanks In Advance

Hey guys I added these nodes

addnode=145.239.80.179:33820
addnode=193.70.109.114:33820
addnode=5.9.112.62:28284
addnode=52.36.19.67:33820

I ddownloaded the wallet fine without using the bootstrap and then added these nodes, I show one active connection.  Should I be showing  more active connections?  I am getting ready to move Linda in and to start staking.

Thank You,
Adam

Thanks for those nodes ^^

I have 1 connection also for the longggest, and I have like fuckin so many nodes added.

I added those 4 and got 2 connections right now already but I just re-opened wallet a second ago so still not sure if it will stay.

This might be noob, whatever, but you need to put the port number along with the IP right? In all the guides and stuff for the .conf file the nodes don't have the port attached.
I added those 4 with the ports and since I got one more connection I'm thinking that might have been the solution. Seems everyone is having this issue

edit: nvm still 1 connection

@mvinon
Connections are dependant on the following factors: Up to date linda.conf file, local firewall rules, home router configuration and ISP.

*Example from my home ISP in Romania I only have 5 to 12 connections however from my data center in Virginia, USA the same linda.conf file yields 67 to 70 connections on average

Hi,

my linda wallet crashed due to no reason.

"runtime always requires to close it" and so my coins seem gone.
Do you have an idea, what to do?

code is:   40000015
offset is:   010f18a6

n

Before we begin, we should take a hard look at ourselves first.

@discomining
Please review these links:

*Dont forget performing coin control when participating under a POS environment.

@nxtraordinary
The current wallet sometimes receives false positives (The way IRC/Linda block chain connect) thus they are quarantined depending on AV scanner. Please create an exclusion for the Linda Q-T exe or folder directory /// Regarding your wallet with its unique address this is located @

C:\Users\USERNAME\Appdata\Roaming\linda

Please make a backup as that is what contains your coins not the QT program which allows access into your wallet.dat file.

@Digital D

I assume you weren't staking and simply traded because personally speaking in just the last 10 days performing proof of stake I received 226,205 Lindas which equates to $723.85 @32 sats so maybe consider other features of a coin versus just buying and selling. So far this coin has provided me bonus money with which to buy additional BTC/ETH and other cryptocurrency or as you suggest the bonus Lindas could be sold then converted into any fiat.

*On most occasions I simply HODL Linda as it creates more when in my wallet staking and providing even more long term opportunities-

I think that he is a member of the well known group of pumper/dumpers who are presently attacking Linda.
He has an interest to invent and propagate rumors.
