I think digital currency will never replace paper money, maybe this will not happen in the future. Not all the people in the world can operate and dependent in the new technology, so not all the people know about digital currency. Digital currency available through the internet.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Yes, I think someday Digital Currency will replace on Paper money. Because Digital currency is more popular than Paper money now. And Day by day it's popularity rising so high. And Digital currency is more secure than Paper money.
I strongly agreed with you. Digital currency will replace paper money . It's true that digital currency is more popular than paper money. It is so much secure. Digital currency is less likely to be stolen. So people use digital currency more more than paper money. I believe that digital currency will replace paper money very soon.

digital currency will be used by many people in the future and there would be no physical currency, everything would be digital. It would still be legally issued fiat currency in digital format by the government/body issuing it.
Pretty possible. Everyhting will be in digital in the future I believe. My country was against bitcoin until the owner of local exchange got the chnce to talk to minister. Not long after that our government is considering to print our local fiat in digital mode, sounds like a good news isnt it? I hope more and more country are giving blockchain a chance, atleast to learn its potential before banning it

It's already a fact in China. WeChat and Alipay are so widespread that many Chinese don't carry cash around anymore.

It already has. Many people do not carry cash anymore. We all have that plastic card with a stripe or chip. At this point we are too far into the digital world to convert back to paper money. I mean really, gold only has value because we have been told our entire lives that it is worth something. If any other item were used or traded in its place, there wouldn't be a difference Value is in the hands of the beholder.

No doubt cryptocurrency will one day replace paper money as the current situtation people are now making demand of money processing at one touch and making savings without paying taxes to any bank as well as fraudees for exchanging some dollars or someother currency while on the tour to someother country. Privacy is also one of the best feature of crypto currency which can end the throne of paper money and give the crown to digital currency .

I think that Internet banking and credit cards already replaced paper money, at least in developed world. Digital currencies are second phase in this development. Paper money is dying dinosaur, and soon or later we will not use it any more.

I think with technological advances and extra-fast demands on everything, especially the most important is in finance if we still use paper money is still busy for us to transact for example in cash with cash and I think if the Digital Money can be used and in Legalkan in various my country considers this a very easy way to transact and because of the speed and ease of using digital money I think one day digital money will replace the paper money of course and, in the future paper money will be replaced. with digital money

Personally I say yes as our society becomes increasingly dependent upon technology, digital currency will become a more popular means of paying for different things and it is more effective and instant. I haven't used much physical money in the past 8 years and I rarely had any problems with that. What do you guys think? that's for you. I'll assume you're well literate with technology nowadays. But how about your elderlies? It's pretty hard to assume that most of us live the same way like you do. My mom even rely on hard copy letters for her credit card dues. Most services now go for that, but a lot still considers traditional ways such as transactions with fiat money. It's still the easiest way.

In reality, Digital money already is replacing paper money. 20yrs ago, almost everyone paid for things with paper money. Now we basically only use paper money for tipping purposes. Credit cards are digital money (just backed hypothetically by fiat). I bet most people don't use paper money at all in 10-15 years.

Not totally digital currency will replace paper money because there still people are prefering to use paper money. For the older ages 60-70 years old, it will be hard for them to understand what is digital currency that are existing today so they will be focus in paper money.

No it is impossible for digital currency to replace paper money. Digital currency cannot be use if you don't have enough Android phones, tablets or computer. So it is not advisable to use for poor people who don't have this kind of gadgets. Paper money is more applicable to them.

It will happen someday, but not this year. I think banks need to work with this currency, determine how the tools work with it, and only then put it into circulation.

But there are unchangeable riches. Non-ferrous metals, diamonds, emeralds and so on. Their electronic money you can not replace.

These electronic cards, debit, visa, master and credit cards have a limit and they charge a huge amount of charges. While in bitcoin, you have you own wallet without limit and no extra charges only transactions.

In any case, before you enter electronic money into circulation, you need to legitimize them. Adopt ways to control and manage contentious issues. Maybe there will be cyber police.
