Instead of making it illegal, they should rather look for a way to regulate it such that they can have a little control over it in their country. The issue with government and bitcoin is the inability of government to regulate bitcoin as they want, that's why bitcoin has always been a threat to them. I believe in nearest future a way will be brought up to regulate bitcoin and not declaring it illegal

Being untraceable is not an illegal thing and they are just banning it because of that threat that the criminals might use it to transact more illegal activities than the current volume of crimes back then. They will not make bitcoin illegal worldwide because they know that even there are accusations about bitcoin for being a bad currency, there is still a lot of positive things that we can see in bitcoin.

They have tried a lot to do so from the beginning but unfortunately they never succeeded. As you have seen the ban has imposed many times by the major countries of the world having big crypto community but it doesn't take too long to lift their ban. Now it seems impossible that a worldwide would impose over cryptos because crypto community is now much more stronger than ever before.

I'm wondering this because is such a real threat to bank system and we all know how banks and governments are tightly linked !
BTC could make people more autonomous, self-resilient, being their own bank. You can use it like cash, making your transaction almost untraceable (or untraceable using e.g. monero or dash or laundry systems) : this is governments worst nightmare, isn't it ?
Governments do not make bitcoin illegal worldwide. Yes you are absolutely right. War governments and banks with a turnover of bitcoin is inevitable. Initially, the government did not attach importance to this problem, and now it's too late. The world is not uni polar and a ban in one state would cause all the money will go to another state. The cat will go for it? The government just don't know what to do with bitcoin. This is the calm before the storm.

Not really. Except all those negative things, bitcoin also has many advantages that can help goverment. And i think, it's still hard for bitcoin to replace bank because there are still many reasons, like not universal enough, hard to trace, and inconvinient unlike bank for the people who don't really understand technology. Also, if many people invest in bitcoin and be rich, it can also reduce the poverty number in the country, and can effect positively to the goverment.

Simply because goverment fear and scrared in cryptocurrency we all know that goverment controlled the bank and goverment get a money from bank while in bitcoin no goverment can control this so that is the main reason.

Nature of transactions of bitcoin had make it difficult for most the government to make it illegal, anonymous transactions makes it untraceable and it will be effort in futility to deploy any Sophisticated computer to track and trace any bitcoin transactions by any government.

We all know that government and banks depend on each other and they give and take each others advantages. Government foresee that bitcoin could be benefitial not just for users but also for them. When people produce money out of bitcoin, money also gets back to them in a form of revenues and taxes.

The government do not think about making the Btcs illegal world .This is because the currency is making more than the expectations to the total annual income and via the use of digital asset, the risks of poverty and unemployment have decrease to the low levels and hence this is an aid for the economic as well as the social development both on the individual as well as the county level.

Yep! This is the really reason why governments are afraid of making bitcoin legal for everyone. They really want to control people and want them to be totally dependent on government. Governments re controlling most of the banks and private banks are bound to pay governments. They would never ever want people to live a totally independent life because in this way they would become real servants of public.

Yeah the increasing power of the bitcoin is surely unbeatable because the bitcoin is being hold by the people who are not even aware of the money and the bitcoin price, I hope the bitcoin will increase more with the passage of the time, well according to me the bitcoin is the best currency and the government is almost agree to make the bitcoin as the legal currency and the it is gonna happen soon now.

Governments of different countries can no longer prohibit bitcoin. Bitcoin and other crypto currency already have a strong influence on the economy and financial system of most states. To prohibit bitcoin and other crypto currency means already putting these systems at risk because people will use other options for using crypto currency and the state will be at risk of leaking money outside of the state, where the situation will be more favorable for the crypto currency. So we can say that the point of no return of the crypto currency has already passed.

for me the reason why do governments doesn't bitcoin yet is because when you look at the market cap of bitcoin you can only see around $100B... as of now the total circulating $ worldwide is in trillions already... maybe government there isn't a need to make it illegal since bitcoin doesn't affect money that much yet...

Simple conflict of interest, its a threat to Banking System where government gets a lot of money, though there are tons of jurisdiction nowadays which legalized Bitcoin and make it either asset-like value, currency or property/asset.
