why do governments don't make BTC illegal worldwide ?

I think youre right that it is not good to be legalize bitcoin from some country or they can control people from using bitcoin.

I think any Government have no authority to make BTC ban worldwide, if Government of any country is not satisfied that he just makes ban in the country they just start using bitcoin in between the country and don’t have authority to ban BTC worldwide,

The problem with government and bitcoin is the government's inability to regulate bitcoin as they see fit, which is why bitcoin is always a threat to them. I believe in the near future the way will be taken to set the bitcoin and not declare it illegal and they will not make illegal bitcoins around the world because they know that there are even allegations about bitcoin for being a bad currency.

In the whole world, the reason why some other countries do not banned and not consider illegal  is because they believe that bitcoin is a safe investment and not scam. They sees the great potential and the goal of bitcoin. They give a wonderful income to all people which helps them to raise more money in their own pocket.

Because in some country part of government, politics, entertainment or society uses bitcoin as their source of income. It may not be their primary sources but it helps a lot to sustain their needs. In some countries, they were studying whether to legalized or illegalized bitcoin and this will be based on the impact of bitcoin in the society economically, socially whether it's negative or positive. Like here in my country, though many negative news and speculations on bitcoin were spreading still people continues to do it. In fact there were few polticians and showbiz people who continues to use bitcoin.

Its a fake news or thought to think that bitcoin is illegal as being agreed by the government. Bitcoin is decentralised and it cannot be control by the government. Governement want a currency that they can control and make money from.

in my own understanding, i think the reason why government don want to make bitcoin illegal is because its not a fiat money its not a substance like coin or note so no regulations can be on it and its a decentralized currencies that is not supervised by any governor so if anything goes wrong, no government can be held responsible.
