You can actually download latest Slax Linux (www.slax.org), which has VoteCoin icon included and the VoteCoin wallet will automatically install to it on first run.

To find existing poll - go to http://pollexplorer.votecoin.site/ , there is list of all created polls.

To create a poll or vote for existing poll, you must download and run VoteCoin GUI wallet.

After sync is complete:

To create voting pool- click "Vote" in the menu on left side and then "Add poll or campaign". There you can set up your poll.

To vote for existing pool -  click "Vote" in the menu on left side and then paste poll ID (example) into the text field. You can obtain poll ID from the poll organizer or you can find poll ID on the poll explorer page (http://pollexplorer.votecoin.site/).

it will be possible to count only previously distributed voices.

So if we are talking about politics, evere person will get certain amount of VOT and only this will be counted.
