Selected? The purpose of this project is to cut as much red tape as possible by automating most of the processes. But I suppose that since the platform actually has to be developed yet, there is a manual selection for the alpha live streams.

I havent check their ICO website for some time and 1043 ether is a great amount for pre sale, i guess being one of the first to introduce blockchain in this field really payed off. I am confidant their team will manage to use those funds according to their plans.
