Convenient, yes. But then users and models have to trust exchanges (which require identification to use their services) to protect their anonymity.
Exchanges are not incentivized in any way to do this.

I think this is a good point. But in exchanges they didn't know what the model does for a living right? But eventually, I think Livestars will make their own internal exchange where the models can sell their coins right away.

But if livestars have their own exchange, how is it going to protect anonymity? Its addresses can be deanonymized on bitcoin blockchain too. So it will be even more transparent who does transactions with livestars.

This is logical thinking. They can buy from exchanges and sell through their platform. It would be hard for normal people to buy from exchange send it to the platform and pay to model.
