Absolutely agree that fair re-launch is only hope for this coin.  There were only 3-4 people mining this coin after launch.  I don't understand why the dev would do a ninja launch and fail to release compiled binaries after putting a countdown and stating:

Idea of Shaft is to provide a perfect cryptocurrency for GPU Mining without any of the governance issues, hacking problems or other kind of non-relevant stuff for ordinary miners.

Does he think "ordinary miners" all sit around with linux compilers?  I'm, sure a lot of you know how to do this, but if this is to be a coin for miners, it has to be mineable by pros and amateurs alike.

We will do a fair re-launch of the network and what is more try to repa lost mining power to those who have succeed to mine. We will announce fair restart of the network after we prepare all the basic instruments you would need to do mining.

Gentelmen, we plan to do a FAIR re-launch on 11th of September at 20.00 GMT. We will realease basic platforms binaries for mining (Windows, Linux, Mac), tune the pool to work in a right way and release a basic block explorer. What is more, in a week GUI client will be released.
