Wallet 4 days is not synchronized, try to remove and reinstall all over again

You should back up your wallet, save it and store it somewhere. Then reinstall your wallet and adding nodes.
Next, replace your backup file to wallet.dat file (empty one due to reinstalling new wallet); then to let it sycn after serveral minutes.

Unfortunately not, if you delete this folder you loose your wallet as that is your private key

This can be a backup of the file. In this case, you need to re-install the wallet and replace the wallet with your own on the above path
