You need to launch geth.exe via cmd.exe

win + R -> cmd.exe then cd /path/to/geth geth.exe console

remove http:// and -allpools 1

Thanks for the fair re-launch, and for answering so many questions.

Is the unofficial pool working?  Even the immature balance is 0, whereas the official pool is already showing pending balances.
