I'm guessing they'll pump up the marketing during the ICO phase as well. It's better to create interest after an ICO than to have it die out before it hits a decent exchange

You're right, I fear. They could've started a bounty campaign in august, launched facebook ads during september, done a presale for 25.000MNE to fund all this. Now they have nothing and an ICO that's gonna start tomorrow. The best we can hope for is ARTE becomes very popular in 2018, and the couple hundred/thousand genesis holders will make good money. In order for that to happen, ARTE and MNE will need more purpose than to use as payment methods for their token creation and ICO factory services

What I mean:
Now in whitepaper we see hard 100 000 000 Ehterium-blocks digit (independed from real ICO distribution).

But after that they write in whitepaper example with distribution on 1000ARTE. Taking into account 1000 vs. 100 000 000 comparison.
What that means? They hide here speculation that all 100M will be sold.

No words about situation when coins generated for 100M but distributed only between more realistic 20M ARTE (if 2000 genesis addresses with 10000ARTE will be created during ICO).

No one knows if there will be any limits.
If not, you will be able to buy as many ARTE as there are available and it won't matter if this is one single address or more.

Probably yes : there is nothing in the white paper to think there will be a limit by ETH address / Genesis address.
Be carreful : genesis address is not the same thing than Ethereum address.

The coins are generated through a mathematical formula, which greatly reduces mining costs. Also, it disables the massive dumping of a coin right after getting listed on the exchanges, because there really isn't any supply of coins to dump, all there is is a very limited supply of coins that get sold each day.

This is really strange ICO that I have seen since I'm in the bitcointalk forum.
It misses 1 day and Dev and Team are days who do not write anything here and do not respond to investors' questions.
