You're both right, I think they're sister companies who work together but are managed/operated/developed by different teams

From this thread. Minereum devs said it and Artemine devs said it more than once. According to your logic Bitcoin Cash is the same devs as Bitcoin Core since Bitcoin Cash comes from a Bitcoin fork. I don't know for sure if it's true, where did you get the information from that they are the same devs?

I'll agree with the above poster that they're managed by different teams, but all you've got to do is see who posted the announcement thread for Artemine to see it's the same Dev as Minereum.
