yes your correct mate electroneum are not scam, just wait the announcement, (answer) or the reaction of the dev's of the electroneum, i believe this a legit so please read and learn the electroneum services offered whow want to invest, before acusing scam. thank you |

I joined their signature campaign and i guess they have a good foundation for their project. We just have to wait and see if its really a scam or not. Still everything is always at risk. We just believe in our instinct (not always) and everything is just going to be fine.

this project may be ambitious but that doesn't mean they will be successful. with the real business, people and marketing behind it, it seem unlikely to be a scam. although it is difficult to tell these days. i think it's a good bet it's legit, the question being how successfull can it be.
it's good to see that they will have an actual product available after launch, and with the marketing maybe they will bring many non-crypto people into the mix, which is good for everyone. i'm considering buying some today, since i've never invested in an ico and have missed out on all these gains i hear from others. i think the people stating 10x are way too optimistic, and 100x are unrealistic, but possibly 2-3x seems reasonable. if this can maintain its .01c (~240 satoshi) directly after launch then gains would be reasonable as more people come into it. i like the fact that only about half a billion are sold out of 6 billion, and we could assume it will get closer to a billion before the sale is over, so maybe 5 billion would be available to the mobile miners. the whitepaper says they will try to maintain a $30/month reward for the mobile miners by using those unsold funds to boost the rewards to that level, which is an interesting approach. that's about 100 mined per day per mobile user, so you can see how the unsold supply may get used up more quicky as more users join. this method of release is like an airdrop with any user with a phone able to do it. i will be telling my family and friends to try it as a way of getting them into crypto, also the promise of free money sells itself.
so the question for investors would be can it maintain the ico price following launch, which in this ico craze has happened enough; will it be less than successful and drop to some fraction of its value initially, which is possible, and maybe later gain; or can it become virally popular and generate a lot of interest therefore a price increase. i like the project and will probably invest some and hope for the success. good luck

Do not be too easy to say SCAM !! being wise in conveying information is important. there are some people who take this seriously and it is dangerous. if you are in doubt and do not believe it, you just come out and not join ICO. and stop saying negative without fact.  It easy to says that electroneum is a scam, but before you accused it, just show first the proof? Because for me it is hard to believe that this is dangerous if I cannot see any evidence that this electroneum is a scam. Some people take advantage by making an issue, ignore it and let them do anything. work with a good rule and wait for the right information. It is better. do not panic. |

I feel the community is great. The owner already has a defined company and they started ico after when they have an app on play store, we see that very rarely nowadays. The project is good and we can see that by seeing the investment they're getting. More than 14k ethereum raised already. Eth+BTC.

Where is the marketing? I doxed the dev team, which wasn't too hard when they post all their LinkedIn. They are big players in the internet marketing industry in England. They can do it for free!?! I even looked up the coins head guy Richard Ells and called his headquarters. I asked the secretary about Electroneum? I was transfered to a guy that asked me how he could help me with my questions. So I asked, "why aren't you marketing this ICO?". He said, "they are and more is coming." Do you see any marketing? WTF.
The ICO starts in 3 days!!

Dude, I'm glad you came to your senses. I've seen Electroneum ads on crypto sites and on my facebook feed for what seems like weeks now. They are definitely marketing the coin effectively. I have a lot of faith in this coin. If for some reason the coin somehow fails (which I don't think it will), it definitely won't be because of marketing. |

Why would people come in this thread and say its a scam, do they really mean that they think it won't take off and they don't want to risk it, that's fine but don't just say it's a scam without checking out the team and what they are trying to achieve. It's all about risk and trust in the developers, some are willing to do that some not.
