On my opinion, of course Electroneum is not a scam. Please read there white paper & check there website so that you will gain a lot of information about them. I have read the white paper and the technical white paper, and this is the reason why I think it is a scam. What have you seen in the white paper that makes you think it is not?

Definitely not a scam, although I am a little annoyed that it's been 24 hours now sense release date, and there is still absolutely no mobile mining. I also can't even access my wallet. I've been checking the price on ElectroneumPrice.org and I want to sell right now at $0.15 (sense I bought at $0.01 a coin), but I can't even access my wallet. This is extremely frustrating!

Higher? It hasn't even been put on an exchange yet. Interesting to see that Cryptopia won't waive the listing fee for them either. More people starting to mention that they are paid BTC to post about Electroneum... The marketing machine is strong for this project.

Yes, HODL. After the fork of Bitcoin, Electroneum value may explode.

Yes, price seems good now. I think it is an indication that the price will go up much higher after the fork.

It is a bit surprising to think that people want to sell their tokens on the day after the lau ch, to me they cannot see the potential or do not believe in the peojects potential

The danger I think is not that ECN is a scam or fraud. It's too high-profile and the actors too well-known. Will they run off to Russia? Where are they going to hide? The problem is they bungled the launch. This is VERY bad. Eventually someone will decide it's a scam and go to a judge asking for a warrant. They'll get it. Ells will get perp-walked on international news. He will have his pic on Drudge in handcuffs. Then ECN will tank to .0000000001 BCN. THAT is the danger. If they can get the wallets on line VERY SOON, *maybe* ECN has a future. But any hope of seeing a stable $1/coin by week 1 died on Nov. 1 when they launched a leaking ship. They need to plug the holes... FAST. Yesterday would be better. Or else the ship'll sink. I had invested with them and i think they are not scam. So far so good but there has been some delays at the moment wishing they could fix it soon.

I assure you I am not trolling when I say this. Just stating a fact. Electroneum doesn't have a public working chain yet and is not yet tradable on Exchange which means that its current value is zero. As soon as it is launched on an exchange, it will have tradable value. I'm puzzled as to why Cryptopia are charging Electroneum $25k for a listing when they normally let good projects list for free.

Definitely not a scam, Electroneum is one of the popular coins nowadays. Altcoins are now promising but we should also check the coins or search for it before investing into it. Why don't you try. I think Electroneum also has mining software that the price can increase just like Bitcoin.

I am curious what others think.

You can see lots of comments in the Electroneum thread in the 'Announcements altcoins' forum. Every investors are unhappy about how it started. As the big profits went to the first and big miners. The Electroneum team decide to let the miners mine and sell the coins at an Exchange. It is a really bad move from them i think. And a bad picture for next ICO. And now the price is dropping fast. The investors won't be able to dump their coins, except in loss. They will have to wait some more times. It is better to be a miner than to invest in an ICO if the coin can be mined. That's what i think.

As soon as they fix things and release the wallets I see people dumping out of fear and ignorance. Well leave them too it because I'll hoover up another shit load of coins at a nice price and hold. Lots of FUD being thrown about, people need to chill out and let them do what they need to do.

Electroneum will fall drastically as soon as thr wallet are ready. Now people can just sell the mined one thats why is 0.10 cents. When the wallet get connected, 99% will sell and price will go below 0.01 ico price. this is basic economy.
I'm a holder, I'll keep it for a few years and see what happens. I do have 250k ETN. Who knows.

This is what I expect also but who knows? Lot of people will hold also, I think it helps that the coin wasn't released straight away as that would have totally plummeted the price. I'm going to hold also

Electroneum is slowly turning out to be a scam. ETN value has already dropped more than thrice of ICO value and they are STILL BLOCKING ICO investors from accessing their wallets.
Do they plan on releasing the wallet when ETN's value reaches 0?
Laughable. The professional move would have been to delist from cryptopia first. I guess GREED got to Richard Ellis and the electroneum team. Tsk.
