Any plan for exchange?
Isn't Cryptopia enough for your needs?
is cryptopia even working. I lost 900 ella due to them not crediting me my deposit.

What's going on with this coin?
Seems like it needs some development.

What are the goals / plans / future goals?

https://github.com/ellaism
And if you have something to propose for Ellaism development, feel free to do so in Discord for example.

It is.
Either you have to wait a bit more (I was waiting 3 weeks for my Ellas to be transfered from another exchange) or bad luck (which is unlikely).
Could you share your txid? Have you addressed your inquiry to Cryptopia support? Pretty much sure none of them is present in this thread.

It's hard to ignore that the lack of other big exchanges are a problem. What about a pool fee for listing fee in another exchange?

The community kinda got lucky with Cryptopia they just add because someone anonymously purchased a listing or just because they were fans. I'm more likely to believe the second one even though I love ELLA!

I see Parity has got native support of Ellaism since version 1.9.0 https://github.com/paritytech/parity/releases/tag/v1.9.0
"Last, but not least, Parity now supports the Ellaism chain" mentioned on their official site as well http://paritytech.io/velocity-the-fastest-parity-released/
Which is in fact very significant and huge update (not too many coins have Parity native support)
But what's the use of that for just a regular Ella-holder like 90% of people in this thread? Can someone explain what is it for?

Poloniex doesn't need a fee according to them, nevertheles, is not easy to get their approval.

BTW Ellagem is giving me "Ellaism node connection error", unistalled and installed again and still isn't working.

I had the same issue. I had to uninstall and delete the Parity folder (in AppData/roaming...backup your keys before doing this) before reinstalling.

Additional exchanges would expand exposure. The web wallet should be addressed first, its to much of a MEW ripoff. Perhaps the best chance for listing would be Kucoin, its growing fast, might have to move on it before listing becomes difficult.

Cryptopia is solving the issue right now doing their Ella-wallet resync. Hopefully this problem with stale transactions is gonna be solved very soon.

I dont think it is right time to wait adding to new exchange. You have to pay something to get to Bittrex.
It is high time we bought some fresh ELLAs.  Grin
Maybe soon you will see a few ICO on ellaism platform and then it will be added to Bittrex, Binance etc

what the fuc is the price going so low? scammers selling getting out?

In my opinion, The previous spike in price was driven by a couple of things:

- The coin has solid fundamentals so is attractive to buyers
- Some FOMO (fear of missing out) formed when we got a surge going, and buyers rushed in thinking they might be buying the next Ethereum and be millionaires.

However, at this early stage, the price of Ella is primarily aligned with mining difficulty.

When it became incredibly lucrative to mine Ella, miners really rushed in and as miners are prone to do, they then took profit and sold.

The price then dropped from the crazy high. Put simply, it's too easy to mine Ella for it to be worth the value we saw a week or two ago. Miners will keep the price down by mining and selling until it gets more mature and harder to mine.

However, all this is actually good news for the coin.

- The surge in mining power progressed the volume, ramping up difficulty and putting more coins in circulation in a hurry.
- The coin was effectively fast tracked in maturity.
- This will act as a future safeguard. You'll see a much more realistic coin value now, with much less chance of a sell off by miners in future.

It's naive to believe that there aren't scam coins out there, however they are always linked to a pre-mine, or someone holding a lot of coin distribution, then dumping it.

Ellla is legitimately a community coin. There is no master scammer Dev with a secret stash.

If Ella's community continues to be awesome, in my opinion, it's a good coin to hold.

Some ICOs or org-tokens on the ELLA chain would be nice, and there has been a few interesting discussions on this topic lately. We'll see when it happens...

Our new Twitter faucet is now up! You can now tweet anything with the $ELLA hashtag and claim a small amount from the faucet. First, get your Tweet ID, with a url like https://twitter.com/ellaismcore/status/958926185991254016 the Tweet ID is the digits in the end 958926185991254016. Then, in #ask-eve channel https://discord.gg/CYkv6PB, send a message !faucet claim <tweet id> <destination address>. For example, !faucet claim 958926462907658241 0xe9C2d958E6234c862b4AfBD75b2fd241E9556303. The bot will then send you 1/1000 of the current balance in faucet, or 0.1 ELLA, whichever is lower. Smiley
If you want to donate to the faucet, the address is 0x231ea5595788f704522c630a22c0b7cc49318ef6.
(And Dev Pool is sponsoring all the gas prices!)
