First off all I can say that. If they are really determined, they will meet the legal requirements in their country. They can use the money that collected at pre-ico. They will make it or they won’t. In the worst case, they will need to refund the pre-ico money. 

Secondly, it is easy to take precautions for attacks. And it means extra budget for personal and security equipments. It is serious burden but if they will be successful at the first article, they will get almost hard-cap investment. There will be governmental support in a way. 

The third one is the reason for me to join this ico.  If you build mining farms, if you are planning to do it with public offering, you have to state how you going to do it and how many profit share will you give to potential investors. They should have specified it at the whitepaper in detailed. How much revenue will be shared that earned with mining.  How many new plants will be rented, new rigs will be installed? This question is important.

1. Legal situation ICO in Austria. Few days ago HydroMiner released press-release where they informed about postponing ICO to 18th of October because HydroMiner is fine-tuning token model to work 100% compliant to Austrian regulations. 2. Insurance against risks. HydroMiner team is preparing very careful to new facilities and provides even extra security measures. It was stated in the old whitepaper and should be in a revised new version. Which should be released soon.

3. Profit share. One of the main questions in whitepaper is explaining of profit sharing with investors. You should check for details in an upcoming revised version of the whitepaper. But at the moment I can tell you that 80% will be shared with investors and paid monthly.

His is looking like any other business, for best profits at the moment. So, investors will receive bigger payouts in the end of the month

The project is nice. The logo is also beautiful. I feel familiar from somewhere but I can not remember it now. I think it is a project that should be supported. it would be even nicer if it included other natural energy methods.
