NapoleonX has an excellent roadmap, despite the unforeseen events that have hit many other Icos at the moment, I still see potential in Napo, and I see that it has attracted interest from many in recent days, I hope it will be a differential to finish Ico with key gold and reverse the setbacks.

I think there is based on technical analysis. In general, such things are not disclosed in detail by the developers, since it is intellectual property. Algorithm that takes into account news and self-learning is already a neural network, but here are trading bots.

It would be interesting to get more details on which factors are taken into consideration by the algo.
