The "war zone" is obviously Donbass, Ukraine and you may only wonder whether the money they steal on CEX is then spent on director's new shoes or arms and munitions.

Speaking of which, should you want to discuss your concerns with Mr. Lutskevych or Mr. Kedyk maybe first try knocking the doors of 20 Discovery Dock Apartments in Canary Wharf,
although I highly doubt these scumbags use it for anything other than mail.

Dear Cex, you have been holding my fiat withdrawal transaction for up to usd$40k since dec 19 2017. Your confirmation sent on Dec 26 and nothing happen hereafter. I have been asking your support nicely but i don’t even receive any concrete reply.  It’s has been a month and counting. I have funds stuck now for 31 days with no replies and no resolutions.

I withdrew 1354.75 USD to my credit card on December 19, still nothing has arrived.

The transaction details are:
2017-12-19 04:28:41   1354.75 USD   Credit card: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-3670 Completed

I have tickets with ZERO replies from 14 days ago

ticket: #549834 - started December 22, 2017 17:44
ticket: #600164 - started January 05, 2018 15:52 - no reply at all.

I need some serious help with this.

I am fully verified. Have 2FA. Everything is in order. But no funds, and there is ZERO response from CEX.

At this stage, even a cancellation of transfer and place back into my CEX account would be helpful.



We have escalated the case to the Finance department. Please wait for the updates.

Well my ticket just got marked as solved. Well Done!

And I just got sent a reply which is the most useless copy/paste I have ever seen!!!! Clearly no one even read my ticket.

NONE of that reply applies to me at all. NONE. ZERO. ZIP. NOTHING applies. The ticket clearly mentions my withdrawal was on Dec 19. You copy/paste about dates after that time.

Even the ticket clearly mentions Mastercard in the subject, yet you copy/paste rubbish including VISA card related stuff.

This is utterly abhorrent.

31 Days I have been waiting and my money has not arrived - and your point Number 2 in the email says "We remind you that a withdrawal to the card can go up to 3 banking days (!) for VISA and Mastercard."

31 days I am waiting, but you remind me it takes 3 days. Very helpful.

Whoever answered my ticket with that reply and then marked it as solved needs to be sacked.

Or else, CEX truly is a SCAM!!!

Cex is holding our money voluntarily and will possibly disappear with it. My £20k is still missing it was withdrawn on the 23rd December. It's been a month and no money to be seen.  My bank has told me nothing is pending and that swift does not take 20 banking days.

There seems to be some people with smaller amounts getting paid. People who did a withdrawal after some of us. Maybe they are paying out some money not large amounts to make it seem legit and bait others into there dodgy scheme

If they pay me back I'll remove all my negative  posts and write positive posts until then I'll make sure people avoid them.

They are having issues with Crypto capital processing payments. I have screen shots of the chat one of the guys had with him on fb but don't know how to load then on here.

I am in no way linked to cex. I too am waiting for my £20k which hasn't arrived for over a month. I'm just trying to stay positive here. Let's hope they pay out.

Cex as you are not replying to my tickets. I asked if you could redund my withdrawal back to my cex account so I can buy cryptos and withdraw my money on a different exchange.

Some guy has who claims to work in one of France's biggest bank, that Cex has had all it's accounts frozen and is under investigation. Is this claim true? Could you shed some light on this accusations as it is very worrying to hear.

What.....if this is true, it makes sense why I have been waiting for my Bank redraw to go through since approval the 23th December and still no money on my account.
I made several e-mails to CEX.io with no response.

Dont know if this is true as some people are claiming to still get money through their cards. If it was the case no payment methods would work.

However it would be nice if Cex could inform us whether this is true and if not provide some reassurance in some way.

Mr. CEX, if you were indeed closely looking into the cases reported here rather than playing dumb and sending canned responses, you would've known I'm speaking case 196670, where you seized 6+ post-fork BCC of mine. Is that also something that Crypto Capital is to blame for?

It looks like a corporate scam. And you should not be surprised since the most part of CEX team is really originating from Ukraine and/or Russia. Incorporating in the UK costs as little 1,500-2,000 EURO, so it can NOT be a sign of trustworthy business at all.

Here is a FinCen document for CEX https://cex.io/promo/img/legal/msb.pdf   - has any one ever checked if it is legal or real at all?

Even if it is legal, it states the following:

"MSB Activities: Money transmitter
States of MSB Activities:
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District Of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin"

Even if this Fincen document is real and legal, it just allows CEX to be a "money transmitter" in several US states...

So, CEX has nothing like Bitlicense in either country. And this is DEFINITELY a "polite corporate" SCAM from UKRAINE!!!

Dear CEX, I kind of understand your situation here, It is more than clear that Federal regulations are causing are to blame for this whole damn issue. They simply don't clear your Wires, even if you say that's not true!

1- Why do you spend time replying to that nonsense above? Everyone even with Low-IQ can see that Facebook page is a scam and try to steal people's information and money all with fake name Benoit Goldberg, Frank blahblah

2- Give us a sense of how long do you think the problem with clearing houses will last?

Wow... Just came here to see if things got better with CEX.io.  My personal experience was not that bad.  My usd50k withdraw back in December was delayed, I opened several tickets, support is shit, almost panicked, but in a couple of weeks I got my money.  Only now (about a month later) their support is finally answering all my tickets. 

Maybe they're not a scam after all, just understaffed, but that's not good enough.  I'm reluctant to try my luck again.
