In the bottom of the information is this:
"If you don’t understand, you can directly lock the wallet to the height of the 4600000. Only the balance of the account is not less than 500 XAS can participate in the airdrop"

So Im little confusing if I can applied to the airdrop, I just have 400 XAS.

Since now, no big exchange has listed XAS, so i chose to hold all my xas in my wallet and lock my position to participate the airdrop of xct.

Unfortunately, I had many problems with bit-z. They're doing incredibly seductive work. Separate places ask repeatedly what I have answered or done before. Their own rules are again violating themselves.
