No. You cant re-submit the form because it will show account not found. If you submitted the form and got a congratulations message, thats enough.

I am happy the decided to pay everyone, because alot of people did not cheat the system in any way and still got marked as cheaters. This action from the team tells us that we as community also have a voice and that it must be heard.

Some of my referrals i know personally complain that they receive the message "suspended or unknown account".
Still two others of them filled out the form shortly after ICO ending and even received the confirmation mail, but they received no tokens yet.
Whole thing is a big mess. I just hope my invest does not go to zero as ATS hits the exchanges...

As they say if your withdrawal form was successfull will received but not instantly, theres still too many people didnot received there tokens, so it may take few more days to finished the payments.

You wil received it soon as long as your withdrawal form was successfully submited. Just be patience they also need to rest.

Yes. you have to send e-mail to contact@authorship.com. You may need to fill out a withdrawal form, not sure.
From what I am told (which isn't much) the bounty program was not handled properly and now they are trying to do the right thing and payout everyone.
Unfortunately some damage has already been done but Peter is optimistic that people will realize a HUGE mistake was made and they regret that but they are trying to make it right.
