It sounds to me that you are really confident that ATS will still rise even though there are lots of fraud talks about ATS. I also had my share of ATS and was really saddened to see that when ATS opened in ehterdelta, it was way too low valued. Some say that it could rise when ATS website is running and functional, but there are others also saying that the devs of ATS are already leaving the project. Lets just hope that ATS will not be one of the shitcoins.
I'm really confident considering I referred around 200 people and invested all my available funds. I'm hard to convince but this once is legit for me.

They sent around 8% just to cover things up and that's probably one of the reasons why the price is low on etherdelta. I don't see it as a shitcoin when it has a real world use and the people around it have a good track record. Sure they messed up but I'm pretty sure they didn't mean to mess up.

When the platform will be launched then we'll see.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I wonder when we'll hear another update, the exchanges must be pretty close to adding ATS at this point.

Still haven't got my 75 tokens, don't think they are really worth that much but it will be good to have them. I'd rather believe that's taken them long time to deliver rather than not delivering them at all.
Those who believe in ATS can buy them for around $0.01 per ATS on bitcoin groups. I'll definitely buy if I didn't invest all of my funds in ATS.
49 $ are much too little. ats will rise to $ 0.5 by january  . 2475$ are ok.  Grin
I think I will keep my token and not sell . and if ats is nothing i am a unlucky person

You are only unlucky if you invested in it otherwise it's not really a loss.

Still haven't received my free tokens.

ATS team is really quiet, ANN is closed.  what's up with them

Of course not.
They still have that lie on their website, does not make it any more true.

That is what this thread and many articles all over the web are about...

Most of the 'little folk', people who just signed up for their 75/80/85 Tokens, or had 2-3 referrals have not been compensated.
Pay the rich, screw the have-nots.
Typical pyramid scam mindset.

Now if you are an aspiring author or casual translator... will you be just as 'expendable' once the platform starts (IF it starts...)?

Likely.

I signed up and got a referral. Neither of us received out tokens. Not that bothered as they're probably worthless, but thought it's good to point out I haven't received them

I'm disappointed and gave up getting 160 ATS.

Even if they were not SCAM, I cannot support a project that got off on the wrong foot at the rudimentary stage of distribution of tokens.

Simply put, their way of doing is childish.

You should invest in other powerful projects such as Po.et.

Why Ats scam? I have 1350 and there already came in ats token exchanger. It is expected that a lot more quickly will come in the exchanger. However, now the price is a little less. www etherdelta.com

Is this a matter for the authorities? Where does the company reside? Should perhaps an investigation be initiated so that the people behind ATS feel some heat?

I think of it like this, the more scams that are allowed to survive, the stronger the cybercriminals will become running the scams, so in like 5-10 yeras, theyll be back stronger and more prominent. So any scammer taken down now is one less in the future to care about. I feel we have come to the point where people say, "ah, well, its a part of the game" No! It shouldnt be part of the game!

I'm still going to hold mine long term. I have 4-5 other projects I am invested in, so it's not a *total* loss if this goes south, but I still have faith that the project will go as expected.  The only issue I have is the radio silence currently.

What else to do when the coins have become so low of value.

I think the team should now make one clear statement, never to return to discuss this mess again. And then they should make a new and fresh start with the next phase.

As long as you are happy with the coin being below $0.5 ( price < $0.5) you will be very happy lol.
Now if you want it over 0.5 than you are SOL lol.

Is ATS a scam? Not sure but they certainly lost a lot of credibility messing up the bounty campaign. I have invested a limited amount into the ICO because I was impressed with the response peter showed in the ANN thread. But then they completely underestimated the response towards free tokens and thought they could outsmart the scammers.

Well, the rest is history and the price took a major hit. I’ll keep holding on to my ATS in hope that I can get back parts of my investment with patience, but for now I doubt that we will ever see ICO price levels.

PS – I did receive my ICO tokens early on, but the bounty payment remains open.
