It's more of a marketing tactic to keep their Marketing and Communication team active. The tendency is to be complacent after your softcap is reached. They know that $10M is now easy to achieve but making this as softcap just enhances the teams' activity.

I agree with you. First of all, I thought that it was very strange and it would be foolish to rearrange the software cap high, and not to collect it. 
But then I decided that this is really a marketing and stimulating move that makes the whole team work even harder. A kind of deadline.

I think it ok because тow the weekend has begun, and many have gone out of town.
Also today 11.11 and a lot of shops made  large discounts for today. I today spend huge pack of money.
So tommorow will be more funds in cap.

I read in the whitepaper that the project will be developing in Asia, Africa and South America. Why not in Europe or North America?
Even in the most developed countries, there are many people without access to basic financial services. 

From what i read in the whitepaper the European market has big players already which makes it unfavorable for micro money to establish itself there and even if they did am certain very few dont have access to basic financial services but think this could change in the future
