You will need to have minimum producing power of 1MWh due to need to obtain green certificate. But if you can't reach that you will have ability to be pooled together with other smaller energy producers.

If your campaign starts on 1 february according to what you wrote in the whitepaper and lasts 14 days, that means the last day will be 14 february  regardless of the softcap? Good luck!
 Here's what I read in whitepaper: "Period of the token sale 14 days (block number TBD). Token creation will end when either the maximum number of WPR is issued or the contribution period has ended. If less than the minimum soft cap of tokens are issued, token sale contributions may be retrieved."

The organization Facua criticizes the passivity of the spanish government and its scandalous complicity with these energy companies (Endesa, Iberdrola, Gas Natural Fenosa...). The electricity prices in Spain are the third most expensive in Europe. It can be assumed that they do not want any "green" competitor. Why do you think you will win this "battle"?
