You can read about this into latest update they will release bounty into 2 batches but I don't think there is need to be worry. This will give opportunity to pick more token at affordable price.

That is what we can expect in future because WePower already shows some potential of users supporting the WePower through voting, but it has not secured maximum votes in order to list. In the next round, we may expect to list WePower in Binance exchange.

All these tokens were paid at a time when the market was falling. I think when the market starts to grow, these projects will also start to grow. I do not believe that bounty participants can greatly influence the price of tokens.
