They AirDropped eBTCnew to all holders of eBTC who had it in a wallet in which they have access to the private key before the swap. It has nothing to do with the Smart Contract itself. The Smart Contract was solely to create and distribute the new eBTC to holds of the oldeBTC who had it in a wallet which they had access to the private key too (like MyEtherWallet)

Ok. So where are all the extra coins then?
Are they 100% burned? Please show proof.
Otherwise what does this mean? Devs are holding a huge chunk of ebtc now?

Someone did an audit a few pages back, that shows there are only <13.5M circulating supply. The rest won't be released.

The dev should not hold so many coins.

The dev should re-distrubute those remaining coins to current holders. They can take another snapshot on 30 Nov (just an example date) and re-distribute those coins to all holders at that time. It will help the price too.

No they're not. They dont have 13M coins. Stop spreading FUD. The 13M is the figure distributed to Token holders.

EtherDelta holds over 11% of the total amount of the circulating supply.  EtherDelta holds over 2MM EBTC which they got from people like you that didn't pay attention and just left in their EtherDelta wallet.

The Circulating Supply is 12.840MM EBTC and the total supply is 21MM.

This means that the other 7.7MM EBTC is burned because other EBTC owners didn't claim it properly in their wallets.

So basically you are laughing at token that short supply?  What sense does that make?  Have you ever heard of supply and demand?

As for the price, yes, its a bummer but if it stays around that price after 11/16/2017, I am adding more to my position, just for now, I am waiting until SegWit2X is over.

the problem is: idiots people who lost their ebtcold on etherdelta, comtributed to let etherdelta now has many millions of ebtcnew. this is a fact, etherdelta has so much unclaimed ebtcnew and they can dump anytime.

First you pushed that FUD that EtherDelta had 13MM EBTC when they only have a little over 2MM EBTC!!!!

EtherDelta is dumping now as I type, I even posted about it, they are an exchange, not a Savings and Loan company!!!!

Also the 2MM EBTC they have does not add to the circulating supply, it just exchanges hands, the circulating supply will still be 12.840MM EBTC!!!!

To ad it to your MEW you have to copy paste your account address on Ether scan and then add contract number  to your MEW,then you will be able to see it in your wallet.You can do it at any time-it's not going to disapear.

Yes I agree, you can manipulate the price on just one exchange. Specially etherdelta.  Luckily most people holding bought their ebtc so it didn't drop too low and they are here reading what is going on. We have to watch out for are investments and hard earned money.

Mercetox & HitBtc are doing the swaps for their customers. Currently no deposits or withdrawels. I suspect by tomorrow or thursday, trading will commence.

As for the Jr Member thing, it takes in to account the number of posts/activity and the time you registered here. Be patient. Should be 1 or 2 weeks depending on your registration date.
