I'm not a holder of this token and I just bumped into this but just so you know, token price is based on the sentiments of the investors, traders and holders of it. One thing more is that, what happened to this token is almost the same as most of the altcoins out there so why complaining. Unless you want the team to pump and dump the token then that is a different scenario. Sell your token holdings and get a life. Find another coin to invest with. |

It was you in person who in 2018 stated numerous times in TG chat that Crypterium wouldnt need any plastic card as you would be your own plastic-free payment processor. - QR payments were NOT delivered. QR code is NOT QR payment - IBAN is in the works to return for YEARS with NO sign of any progress - your licenses are useless for sure as you have no e-money license. In 2018 you obviously lied about the processes of obtaining this license in Estonia and in Ireland - your pathetic wallet is probably the only one in all cryptospace which requires KYC for sending crypto from wallet to wallet (!). Have a problem with receiving OTP password for online VISA payment.
First report was 1.5 month ago.
Support tell me - will be fixed in one week.
After week contact to support:
Nobody know about problem and ask me again "how we can help."
Gave them full information again..
Ok we will fix in one week..
and again and again.. every new request start from begining.

It is shame for crypterium users to be stuck between the chat support and other exchanges during the bull market. The application freezes and the Mastercard instant cashout function is disabled on purpose. Contacted with chat but no one cares about my problem, after 5 minutes of waiting the app logs me out. If you gonna solve the mentioned problems I will continue with you. Otherwise, it is waste of time and space to hold Crypterium app on the phone if it is not going to work for next week.

Why do you keep ignoring my messages as an old customer? I have used your service for years and the dead service by your team doesn't let me withdraw the coins from the app. My BTC withdrawal also stuck in the wallet and the support team doesn't want to help to find a quick solution. Will never deposit in Crypterium if the withdrawal is going to take longer than a week. |
