According to roadmap there is a schedule for token generation event by the end of this year but you will have your wallet ready in Quarter2 -Quarter3 2018 .
Does this imply that investors will get their tokens during that period?. will follow this project keenly

This looks really promising! Will the token price be set by the markets, or will there be a fixed/controlled price? And, if based on market rates, will real time fiat conversion be used to prevent volatility in usage fees? The latter being especially critical due the cost predicability required for business scaleability.

I couldnt find the answer for this in their whitepaper and it havent been explained yet so im curious myself whats the deal with token generation before they will have a working wallet on their blockchain.

ripple and stellar is good but I dont like the idea a blockchain control by one company. But SophiaTX, Ripple, Stellar focus on a platform for business so I think it's ok.

Yes, it similar to token sale. It will not be easy. 10 days can be said as short time. I think dev must have a good plan to promote this project among investor and make them interest.

Yes 10 days seem very short. Lately some ICOs have been extending the ICO because they did not sell enough. Does SophiaTX have any plans of extending the ICO if it does not hit soft cap? Or sell enough tokens?

In my opinion, SophiaTX makes it easier for companies to implement, if company use SAP CRM system , SophiaTX have standard API to integrate

We don't have a minimal cap, since we already have a prototype and we will continue regardless of TGE. The sale of tokens begins on December 5th. The exact time will be announced day before. Our core team has 10 members and you can find all of them and their profiles on our website sophiatx.com in section TEAM. You can also find our advisors there (currently 13) and as you can see we have some of the most experienced people in our team as well as among our advisors.

That is nice to know but having a minimum cap will activate some goal in the perspective. Regardless if the team is confident on the venture then it doesnt matter.
